This policy explains how zuuzii.com, zuuzii accounts, and related online services process information. Product-specific privacy pages may add details for that product.

  1. Information We Process

    Account information: email, name, Chinese name, mobile number, avatar initials, sign-in method, email verification status, sessions, and account security tokens.

    Usage information: access logs, request paths, IP address, User-Agent, product analytics, tool usage records, credits, and payment-related records.

    Content you submit: when you use product features, AI requests, support email, or forms, the relevant content is used to complete that request.

  2. How We Use Information

    We use information to create and protect accounts, complete sign-in, verify email, reset passwords, bind OAuth accounts, credit payments, measure quota, and deliver product features.

    We also use it to debug issues, analyze product usage, prevent abuse and attacks, meet legal obligations, and improve service quality.

  3. Third-Party Processing

    Verification and password reset emails are sent through Resend. Google/GitHub OAuth is used to confirm third-party identity and verified email. Payments may be processed through Dodo Payments.

    When you actively use LLM or image generation features, requests may be sent to the upstream model provider you choose or that the service configures.

  4. Storage and Security

    Passwords are stored as hashes. Sessions and one-time tokens are stored as hashes; plain tokens are used or returned only once at creation time.

    We use reasonable access control, logging, and configuration isolation, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

  5. Cookies and Local Storage

    The zuuzii home frontend uses browser localStorage for sign-in sessions to maintain the account experience.

    Public static pages do not rely on advertising tracking cookies. If future features need cookies, we will explain that in the relevant context.

  6. Your Choices

    You can log out, request password reset, resend verification email, or contact [email protected] to request account data deletion.

    Deleting account or server records may permanently remove credits, payment state, usage history, and access rights.

  7. Children and Updates

    zuuzii services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child's information was collected by mistake, contact us.

    We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will change the last updated date; material changes will be communicated when practical.
