Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete MuseView local data and how to request deletion of Zuuzii server-side account records.

  1. Delete Local Data

    Delete recent documents in MuseView to remove related managed copies.

    Sign out in Settings to clear locally stored account identifier, display name, email, nickname, avatar, and local access state.

    Delete API Token and custom API Base URL to stop future AI requests from using those credentials.

    Uninstalling MuseView deletes app sandbox data from the device.

  2. Request Server-Side Deletion

    Open Settings > Legal > Delete Account in MuseView to delete server-side account data, login credentials, and sessions. Local documents are not deleted.

    If you cannot open the app, email [email protected]. Include your Apple sign-in email or Zuuzii account information.

    App Store subscriptions must be managed separately in your Apple account.
