If you have trouble opening documents, exporting PDFs, restoring purchases, or using AI summaries, contact support by email.

    Please include your device model, iOS/iPadOS version, MuseView version, screenshots, and reproduction steps when possible.

  2. File Cannot Be Opened

    MuseView supports UTF-8 / Unicode Markdown, HTML, and plain text files. If a file comes from a third-party editor, make sure it is not in binary format.

  3. Usage Limits

    AI summaries are provided within reasonable usage limits. Availability depends on document length, model capacity, and server load.

    Combine repeated content and avoid submitting the same document multiple times.
