MuseView Support

If you run into issues opening documents, exporting PDFs, signing in with Apple, or using AI summaries, contact support by email.

    Please include your device model, iOS/iPadOS version, MuseView version, screenshots, and reproduction steps when possible.

  2. File Cannot Be Opened

    MuseView currently prioritizes UTF-8 / Unicode text-based Markdown, HTML, and plain text files. If a file comes from a third-party editor, confirm it is not a binary format.

  3. AI Summary Fails

    Check the API Base URL and API Token in Settings. The default service URL is https://api.zuuzii.com/v1.

  4. Usage Limits

    AI summaries are subject to reasonable use. Availability may vary by document length, model, and service capacity.

    Group repeated content and avoid submitting the same document repeatedly.

  5. Privacy and Data
